The Chaos Coordinator
Hey, I’m Monica! I’ve spent a decade facilitating immersive experiences that bring people together. With over 20 camps and retreats under my belt, I’ve seen how powerful these environments can be in building confidence, character, and connection. Before studying 4-Dimensional Leadership, I worked with summer camps and purpose-driven experiences that focused on developing and empowering children, youth and young adults. My time as a teacher (preschool & K–8 substitute) further strengthened my ability to facilitate activities that spark joy and inspire meaningful connection.
Five years ago I began hosting Cousin Camp to share the magic of traditional summer camp with the kids I love most. What began as a fun, week-long experience centering leadership and team-building quickly became the highlight of the year for our family. Though we started with only 4 campers, we’ve now extended the invitation to include family friends, children from our church community, and extended family. With over 50 campers & counselors attending Cousin Camp each year, this experience has grown into an annual tradition rooted in joy, leadership, and togetherness.

Looking for the real thing? Our signature experience combines a custom camp itinerary, pre-camp coordination, and on-site facilitation by our team (if desired).
This is a multi-phase collaborative process that allows us to tailor the Cousin Camp experience to your families interests and values.
We will join you side-by-side to work through nitty-gritty details like securing a location for camp, organizing meals, and preparing activities & supplies. Additionally, our pre-camp coordination includes creating assets for custom invitations, t-shirts and camp merch.
Leave it to our team of camp professionals to bring the vision to life! When camp rolls around, we drop into "Camp Director" mode, leading your family through the Cousin Camp experience. You can count on us to facilitate activities, keep spirits high, and ensure camp flows seamlessly.
